A partnership firm established in the year 1983, Packme Industries has emerged as a leading manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of superlative quality products like industrial paints, synthetic enamel paints, primers and allied products. We also specialize as a key manufacturer of M.S./G.I./Lacquer drums for paints, thinners, pesticides, adhesives and chemicals. We have always maintained a high profile amongst our clients due to the top notch quality of our products. It is due to our consistent efforts of improvising on our quality of products that we have been accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate. Located in the industrial zone of Vithal Udhyognagar-Anand, Gujarat, we have maintained a well-coordinated transport network with our clients in India and worldwide. No doubt, with a wide base of clients worldwide, we have registered an annual turnover of Rs. 4.91 crore in the year 2007-08. Our Infrastructure
A state of the art infrastructure supports and enables us to cater to the consumer needs in an efficient manner. The manufacturing unit is well outfitted with three bead mills, four ball mills, three high speed mills, etc. We deploy the latest and the most sophisticated machinery to manufacture quality paints, thinners, drums, etc. We are capable of manufacturing over 50 KL paint/month, 45KL thinner/month and 40,000 drums. The wide array of machines used by us is as following:

Manufacturing Process Manufacturing of paints is a complicated process and it is carried on various levels to achieve perfect finish and perfection.
- Industrial Coatings: The most important processes are preparing slurries, mixing in bead mills or high speed mills. The testing procedure is very crucial (i.e. measuring viscosity, dry film thickness, weight per litre, drying times, surface finish etc.) and it determines the quality of the product
- Drums & Containers: The most important processes in drum manufacturing are bending, spot welding, seam welding, seaming & testing (pneumatic method). Painting, screen printing & baking are done as and when required.
